Beyond identifying saved links by their images, users can switch views for work and personal interests, open multiple URLs together, choose a browser for each link, and edit saved URLs in bulk. The app aims to turn bookmarks from a place to accumulate links into a tool for making use of them. Core features are free, with some features available through the paid LinkOrganizer Pro subscription. Making ‘save it for later’ less of a burden Finding a page worth revisiting can raise another question: where should it be saved? As links accumulate, they can get buried and useful information goes unused. Reorganizing them one at a time also takes effort. LinkOrganizer began with these difficulties in mind. To reduce the friction of saving links, its design emphasizes finding and organizing them later, rather than requiring a perfect filing system from the start. Find a link by its image, even when you cannot recall the title The app fetches and saves page titles, preview images, and site icons. Four layouts—list, grid, magazine, and dynamic—offer different ways to browse. Users can switch between larger images that help them recognize content and views suited to scanning more links. Alongside folders, tags, and notes, users can adjust the items on Home, link display size, folder-name text size, colors, and more. Grid, magazine, dynamic, and larger images in the list are Pro features. Find what matters and reduce unwanted results The links needed at work can differ from those wanted on a day off. Profiles let users choose folders and themes for different purposes and switch between them. Pro also supports schedules that switch profiles by time while the app is in use. Users can exclude selected links from LinkOrganizer’s search and recently opened links. Rather than displaying everything in the same way, the app lets them adjust how saved information appears and how it is found. Open regular sites together and choose a browser for each link There is no need to open frequently used work sites or product-comparison pages one by one. The Safari extension can open multiple selected links together. Individual links can be assigned to supported browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave. One link can open in Chrome and another in Firefox. Users can organize their links in one app while choosing where to browse them. Update saved URLs together when a domain changes When a website moves and only the domain changes, editing every saved link is tedious. LinkOrganizer can find and replace text within titles or URLs in bulk, applying a common change such as replacing an old domain with a new one. It also supports standardizing titles, moving or deleting multiple links and folders, and changing browser assignments for multiple links. These tools help users reorganize a growing collection or adapt it to a new workflow. Designed for everyday use, as well as a broad feature set The developer has repeatedly tested the app with particular attention to readability, access to saved links, and handling multiple links. Its design connects saving, searching, editing, and reuse, while letting users adjust the experience to their needs. Other features include saving from other apps’ share menus, widgets, iCloud sync between iPhone and iPad (Pro), app locking with Face ID, Touch ID, or a passcode, password-protected backups, and HTML/JSON import and export. Free features and LinkOrganizer Pro The free version includes saving links, organizing them with folders, tags, and notes, search, and an image-based list. It supports two profiles, assigning non-default browsers to up to four links, bulk actions on up to four items in total across links and folders, and opening up to two links together. These are limits on actions or settings, not the number of links that can be saved. Pro adds grid, magazine, and dynamic layouts, iCloud sync, a third and additional profiles, and profile-switching schedules. It also removes the count limits for browser assignments, bulk actions, and opening links together.
