Article 2 (Information Collected and Processed when Using Specific Functions)

In the Service, only when using applications that include the following functions, we handle the following information based on the User's explicit permission or operation. In applications that do not include the corresponding functions, this information is not acquired.

  1. Location Information
    • We acquire location information using the device's GPS function, etc., only when using functions that require location information, such as map functions or the provision of region-specific content.
    • The acquired location information is used only for the provision of said function (such as displaying the current location on the map) and is not used for other purposes (such as statistical analysis or tracking).
  2. Input Data Associated with the Use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) Functions
    • When using AI functions provided by the Service (chatbots, image generation, text analysis, etc.), text or image data input by the User is used for processing and response generation by the AI.

Article 3 (Non-acquisition of Information and Data Management)

We respect the User's privacy to the utmost extent. Unless there is explicit consent or operation by the User (such as using an import function), we will never access the following information or transmit/collect it to our servers:

  1. Browser bookmarks, browsing history
  2. Contact data, photos, video data
  3. Other private files stored on the device

Data input or saved by the User within the Service is, in principle, saved only within the User's device (or cloud storage such as iCloud managed by the User themselves), and we will not view or use this data without permission.

Article 4 (Purpose of Use)

The Service may use information collection modules provided by the following third parties for usage analysis and advertising distribution.

  • Google Analytics for Firebase / Firebase Crashlytics (Analysis / Crash Logs)

Article 6 (Provision to Third Parties)

We will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the User's prior consent. However, this excludes cases based on laws and regulations, or cases necessary for the protection of human life or property, etc.

The content of this Policy may be changed without notice to Users. The modified Privacy Policy shall take effect from the time it is posted on this website.

Article 8 (Rights of Users in the EEA based on GDPR)

This Article applies to Users residing in the EEA (European Economic Area) or the United Kingdom who are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
