Settings → Search & Automation contains search and replace, search exclusions, adding copied URLs, and time-based profile switching.
How do I search saved links?
Open Search and Replace and enter a keyword. Choose All, Title, URL, or Domain. Domain is useful for finding a website; Title works well for part of an article name.
This screen searches links visible in the current profile. Switch profiles first if the link was saved for another context.
Why is a saved link missing from search?
- Check that you are in the profile where the link is visible.
- Check the search scope and try All with a shorter keyword.
- Check the bookmark’s search exclusion and excluded-domain settings.
- If you may have deleted it, check Trash.
Excluding a bookmark from search does not delete it.
How do I replace titles or URLs in bulk?
- Search for the text to replace and review the results.
- Turn on Replace Mode.
- Choose Title or URL as the replacement target and enter the new text.
- Select Replace All and check the count, target, and old and new text in the confirmation.
- Confirm Replace if everything is correct.
Changing a URL changes where the link goes. Make a backup before a large replacement. Search finds candidates without case sensitivity, but replacement changes text matching the spelling and case you entered. If a portion does not change, check the original text’s case. Replacement is not based on regular expressions.
Do excluded domains block access to websites?
No. This controls search visibility. Choose a domain from saved bookmarks or enter one in the same form shown in the bookmark’s domain field, rather than a full URL.
Saving in this screen updates existing bookmarks’ search-exclusion status according to their domains. It can also change exclusions previously set for individual links, so check afterward if you use a detailed setup. It does not block network access, prevent visiting sites, or delete history.
Does Auto Add from Clipboard save links without asking?
It detects a copied http/https URL and opens the add screen if the URL is not already registered. Review and save the bookmark there. It does not continuously collect links from every app.
The add screen may not appear for an existing URL or outside a supported list view. Turn the option off if it opens unexpectedly, and use + or the share menu instead. If the device requests paste permission, choose based on the operation you intend to use.
How do I set a profile schedule?
- Create the destination profile first.
- Open Profile Schedules, add an entry, and choose the time and profile.
- Enable and save it.
To use Work from 9:00 and Personal from 18:00, create two entries. The current editor specifies a time and profile; it does not offer separate weekday rules. Creating, editing, enabling, and running schedules requires Pro.
Why does switching not happen at the exact scheduled second?
The app checks schedules periodically. It is not a continuously running background timer that guarantees execution while the app is closed. Open the app to check its state.
The most recent enabled time up to the current time is selected. Before the first time of the day, the last scheduled time is used. Check Pro status, whether the schedule is enabled, and whether the destination profile still exists. Automatic switching stops when Pro expires, while saved schedules are retained.
