In the dynamic layout, the larger-title option emphasizes titles. Lowering the dynamic card shadow shifts it toward the bottom so more of the image remains visible.If the image itself could not be fetched, display settings will not create it. Changing the limit does not delete folders.Folder Text Size opens Home customization. Use OGP for Images allows the page’s nominated image to be used. Show Images must also be on for saved images to appear.A page may provide no image, require login, block automated requests, or be temporarily unreachable. Try refetching its image and information through editing or bulk actions. Data, Sync & Support also has a refetch action for the whole collection.Fetching connects to the relevant website. If the website changes, a later fetch can return a different image or title.What does Recently Viewed Retention change?Choose 3, 7, 14, or 30 days for the recently viewed list. It is not a deadline for deleting saved bookmarks.Showing view counts, deleting existing history, and stopping new records with Private Mode are separate controls. Opening multiple links in Safari has a separate limit.Can I restore a deleted link?If Use Trash was enabled and the bookmark has not been permanently deleted, select it in Trash and restore it. Check the destination profile and folder afterward.Items removed by emptying Trash, automatic permanent deletion, or deletion with Trash disabled cannot be recovered from Trash. Trash is not an undo mechanism for every data-deletion action.What should I know about automatic deletion and disabling Trash?Choose 1 hour, 24 hours, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, or never for automatic deletion. Restore anything you need before its retention period ends.Confirming Disable and Empty Trash permanently removes the current Trash contents, and future deletions become immediate. It is not a way to temporarily hide Trash. Keep a backup before a major cleanup.

Choose a domain from saved bookmarks or enter one in the same form shown in the bookmark’s domain field, rather than a full URL.Saving in this screen updates existing bookmarks’ search-exclusion status according to their domains. It can also change exclusions previously set for individual links, so check afterward if you use a detailed setup. It does not block network access, prevent visiting sites, or delete history.Does Auto Add from Clipboard save links without asking?It detects a copied http/https URL and opens the add screen if the URL is not already registered. Review and save the bookmark there. It does not continuously collect links from every app.The add screen may not appear for an existing URL or outside a supported list view. Turn the option off if it opens unexpectedly, and use + or the share menu instead. If the device requests paste permission, choose based on the operation you intend to use.How do I set a profile schedule?Create the destination profile first.Open Profile Schedules, add an entry, and choose the time and profile.Enable and save it.To use Work from 9:00 and Personal from 18:00, create two entries. The current editor specifies a time and profile; it does not offer separate weekday rules. Creating, editing, enabling, and running schedules requires Pro.Why does switching not happen at the exact scheduled second?The app checks schedules periodically. It is not a continuously running background timer that guarantees execution while the app is closed. Open the app to check its state.The most recent enabled time up to the current time is selected. Before the first time of the day, the last scheduled time is used. Check Pro status, whether the schedule is enabled, and whether the destination profile still exists. Automatic switching stops when Pro expires, while saved schedules are retained.

If you enable iCloud sync, they synchronize through your own iCloud storage. Fetching titles, images, and icons, or opening a link, connects to the respective website.Purchases, restoration, and subscription checks use Apple and RevenueCat. LinkOrganizer does not send saved bookmarks or notes to RevenueCat. See the Privacy Policy for purchase-data handling and contact details.What if I forget my passcode or backup password?If biometric unlocking was configured and is available, first check whether you can open the app that way. If you cannot unlock it, contact support with the state shown and the app version. Do not send the passcode itself.Restoring a backup requires the password used when creating it. The developer cannot look up that password for you. Do not delete the app without checking your backups, as doing so may lose data.
