How do I save a bookmark?
Use the + button in LinkOrganizer to enter a URL, or choose LinkOrganizer from the share menu of Safari or another app. Check the title and destination in the add screen, then save.
If LinkOrganizer is missing from the share menu, check its list of available apps. To move many bookmarks, see HTML and JSON import.
Can I choose which browser opens a link?
Open in In-App Browser controls whether a page is viewed inside LinkOrganizer or handed to an external browser. You can also choose a browser for individual bookmarks.
If the chosen browser is not installed, or cannot handle the URL, the link may not open as expected. Check the URL and the installed browser first.
How do I open several links together in Safari?
- In Settings → Links & Safari, choose Enable Safari Extension.
- Enable LinkOrganizer in Safari’s extension list. If another settings page opens, navigate to Safari’s extensions in the device settings.
- Return to LinkOrganizer, select the bookmarks, and choose Open All in Safari from the bulk actions.
- Safari opens and the extension continues the operation, opening the selected links as tabs.
You do not need to open the extension popup and press another batch-run button each time. Opening up to 2 links together is free; 3 or more requires Pro.
What if Safari opens but the other tabs do not?
- Check that the LinkOrganizer extension is enabled in Safari.
- Check that a single URL opens normally.
- Look for an in-progress or failure message in the app.
- If only some links opened, identify the missing ones before retrying. Repeatedly running the whole selection can open duplicate tabs.
Opening a normal link with a preferred browser and choosing Open All in Safari are different actions. If the issue persists, contact support with the device, OS, app version, and the step where the operation stops.
Why is an image missing or different from what I expected?
Images and titles come from information supplied by the linked website. Use OGP for Images allows the page’s nominated image to be used. Show Images must also be on for saved images to appear.
A page may provide no image, require login, block automated requests, or be temporarily unreachable. Try refetching its image and information through editing or bulk actions. Data, Sync & Support also has a refetch action for the whole collection.
Fetching connects to the relevant website. If the website changes, a later fetch can return a different image or title.
What does Recently Viewed Retention change?
Choose 3, 7, 14, or 30 days for the recently viewed list. It is not a deadline for deleting saved bookmarks.

Can I turn off vibration feedback?
Turn off Haptic Feedback in Settings → Links & Safari. Whether feedback is available also depends on the device.
